“Sea change” in London’s rental market – Cluttons

The prime London rental market has not escaped the uncertainty which has gripped the UK economy and housing market in recent months, says LonRes in its comprehensive review of the last three months.

Conditions in the residential rental market of prime London remain more bouyant than the sales market, although there is still an air of caution among tenants.

The prime London lettings market is showing "signs of positivity", with a "healthy" number of deals being agreed for this time of year, according to Knightsbridge agency W.A. Ellis.
