Savills teams up with ‘the pre-eminent residential professional in Germany’

Founded by former Knight Franker Matt Goldsworthy in 2020, Venres has been acquired by Hamptons as the estate agency creates a new International Residential Department.

Estate agency is building quite the presence in and around the Côte d’Azur, with key hires from Beauchamp Estates and John Taylor.

“The North American desk will act as one point of contact for our clients and to facilitate referrals throughout our global network,” says Savills Private Office Director Rory McMullen.
