Chelsea estate agency Russell Simpson has recruited Prime Central London stalwart Charlie Woods as its new Senior Lettings Director.
Woods previously spent 14 years at W.A. Ellis, spending over a decade as the top fee earner in the firm’s lettings department. He made partner at W.A.Ellis in 2010, then became a Director at JLL in 2014, when the businesses joined forces.
It’s probably totally unrelated to how he gets deals done, but Woods recently won Gold at the British National Pro Jiu Jitsu Championships…
Charlie Woods: “I’m incredibly excited by the prospects here at Russell Simpson. A Chelsea stalwart for almost 40 years, the business has an impeccable reputation and is well-respected across central London. I’m looking to bring my knowledge and expertise to help grow the department and diversify our current lettings portfolio. We’re well-known for selling some of London’s most exclusive homes, so the next step now is to increase our prominence in the Lettings sphere.”
Alan Russell, Founder of Russell Simpson: “It is fantastic to welcome Charlie on board and I am sure his expertise and strong record will add greatly to the growing team at Russell Simpson. Always our goal is to be a prominent multi-functional estate agency in prime central London, so we attribute great value to our Lettings department and Charlie will play a major role in helping grow that side of the business.”
