American realty gigantor Coldwell Banker has signed a master franchise agreement to bring its super-brand to Blighty.

Savills plc's global revenue shot up by 27%to £547m in the first half of the year, despite "the expected weakness in the UK Residential market."

Savills has formed a new association with Provence-based real estate agent Valancogne & Partners.
