Regal picks up London Fields’ Laundry site for resi development
The Laundry Building in Hackney has been used as a creative hub, founded by former Radiohead guitarist Ed O’Brien and media entrepreneur Raj Nayak, since 2014. Property developer Regal London has now acquired the site with plans to build 58 new homes.
