Real Business: How I went back to basics to build a successful property agency
After two decades in the corporate world, PCL agent Harry Wigram took the plunge and launched his own consultancy earlier this year - amid some seriously challenging market conditions. Here, he talks us through his first six months, explaining how some early goodwill helped dispel any anxieties about going it alone...

Harry has built up a wealth of local knowledge over the time that he has been operating and thus boasts profound market intelligence, a vast client network and an impressive track record. With this and his long-standing relationships within the industry and inner agency circle, he is able to transact proactively with confidence and maturity.
