People living in rural and coastal areas are generally happier with where they live than those living in cities and urban areas, says Rightmove.

Easton in Bristol has seen the biggest escalation of average asking prices of anywhere in the UK since 2010, according to Rightmove.

The number of residential streets with an average property price above £1m has escalated by a fifth in the last years, reports Rightmove.
