Property transaction numbers to drop sharply next year, warns Zoopla
While the property market is romping along in the run-up to Christmas, Zoopla expects house price growth to sink to just 1% in 2021, with 10% fewer transactions taking place in the the second half of the year compared to pre-pandemic levels.
