Property market ‘appears to be entering a more settled phase’ – RICS

Monthly survey suggests sales market activity remains subdued, but is stabilising.

'The initial rush to complete sales before the April 1 deadline notably subdued towards the latter end of March,' report surveyors.

Surveyors noted 'a steady improvement in buyer demand across the residential market' in November - but warn 'the broader macro environment is likely to pose additional headwinds moving forward.'
