Property developers told to foot £4bn cladding bill, or government will ‘impose a solution in law’
Housing Secretary Michael Gove has written an open letter to the property industry, insisting that developers "must pay to fix the cladding crisis that they caused" - and agree a fully-funded action plan within the next two months.
