Prime London rental values see strongest annual growth in over 20 years

Savills and Knight Frank have both reported surging rental prices in Prime London, as tenants return to town.

Average rental values in prime London have surged by 11.1% in the last year, reports Savills, pushing both houses and flats above pre-pandemic levels.

But the majority of October's property exchanges in prime London still originated in deals done before the first national lockdown, says Knight Frank.
