Plentific and ZPG team up to launch ‘Find a Pro’ service

Plentific & Zoopla Property Group have just rolled out a new service – Find a Pro – which aims to make it really easy for consumers to track down decent local tradespeople for home-related projects and services.

Find a Pro is available across, Zoopla and PrimeLocation websites, and already features 35,000 professionals nationwide, covering more than 50 home-related service categories including conveyancers, surveyors, architects, electricians, locksmiths, gardeners and many more.

Suppliers can set themselves up as a “Pro” by filling out a form and agreeing to pay Plentific a commission on every job that comes through the new service. Commission rates for each successfully completed Introduction are:

  • for mortgage advisors: 30 % of the Fees
  • for conveyancers: 20% of the Fees
  • for any other category of Pro supplier: 10% of the Fees capped at £995.00

Supplier profiles allow UK property professionals and tradesmen “to showcase their business in full” including people, past projects, customer ratings and reviews, associated memberships and accreditations.
