Philip Harvey: Why the wealthy are voting with their feet
'Most of the demand we’re seeing now is less about "going somewhere"...it’s more about clients wanting to leave something behind,' writes Property Vision's senior partner.

As a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College Philip’s career started in farming, transitioning to commercial property in the early 90’s. Eight years spent selling houses in prime central London culminated in a move to Property Vision in 2001 focusing on the South East and East Anglia. Today this varied experience assists in running the business; however the exciting part is working across teams to help clients find and acquire the very best lifestyle and investment property. Philip lives in the South Downs idyll surrounded by clients who have become friends, trying to find time for yoga, golf and sailing.
