PCL rental growth hits three year high – Knight Frank

There's been "a notable slowdown" in top-end rents around the world over the last quarter, says Knight Frank, as the agency's Prime Global Rental Index records its weakest annual growth rate since 2009.

Another rise in prime central London prices last month (0.4%) has contributed to a significant 8.1% year-on-year increase, according to Knight Frank today.

High-end estate agency Knight Frank has drawn up a map of prime central and prime outer London, complete with price performance stats for each of its office's sales and rentals departments.
