New report champions SME property developers as a potential solution to housing supply

2013's temporary measure allowing unused office space to be converted to residential use has been made a permanent fixture.

New figures from City Hall show that since 2013, around 1.5 million square metres of office space could have already been converted into residential units in London using permitted development rights.
