OBR upgrades house price forecasts following Budget

Lucian Cook's team now expects property values to rise in every region in 2024, with locations furthest from London holding the greatest 'capacity for growth' over the next five years.

"House prices have risen significantly faster since the start of the pandemic than we had expected, says the Office of Budget Responsibility.
