LSL-owned estate agency Marsh & Parsons has appointed a new sales boss.
Alex Lyle, who joined the Fulham office a decade ago (back when it was still Vanstons), has stepped up from SW London Regional Sales Director to the Sales Director role, in charge of the sales teams across the 28-strong network of branches.
Fulham Sales Director Ben Gee, who’s been with the agency for 12 years, has taken on Lyle’s responsibilities and will oversee sales operations across SW London and part of PCL, working alongside fellow Regional Sales Director, Tom Crabtree.
David Brown, CEO at Marsh & Parsons: “Alex is a fantastic addition to the senior team at Marsh & Parsons and he is a great example of someone who has moved through our ranks, reflecting our strategy of developing our people and helping them to progress.
“He will bring his own personality to the role as well as wealth of experience having worked in the London property market for over 12 years. We are confident that he will build on our strong foundations and continue to deliver great results for clients.”
Alex Lyle, Sales Director at Marsh & Parsons: “This is a fantastic opportunity and I am looking forward to starting in the new role. We have a unique culture and I am relishing the challenge of leading a team with so much talent, energy and a desire to succeed.”
Ben Gee, Regional Sales Director at Marsh and Parsons: “I look forward to building on the momentum created by Alex and working with such a great group of talented estate agents.”
