New Knightsbridge scheme delivers nine turnkey ‘suites’

A rare multi-unit turnkey scheme has been launched in Knightsbridge, promising some pretty healthy-sounding returns.

The 37 Beaufort Gardens project, developed as a JV between Executec Limited and AR&V Investments Ltd, has delivered nine apartment “suites” (sized between 397 and 582 square feet) behind a period facade and just a couple of blocks away from Harrods.

Richard Lankester of London-based consultancy RLDC has been commissioned to design the interiors, and the result, says the bumf, is a spec “more usually associated with much larger developments”.

The units are absolutely ready to go and feature engineered oak plank and herringbone parquet flooring, Jacaranda Willingdon carpets, bespoke kitchens, living areas dressed with “soft creams and grey furnishings with statement bronze accents”, and ensuite bathrooms with mandarin stone mosaic marble flooring. The spec also includes air-con, under-floor heating, video entry, integrated SONOS music systems, and some pretty ingenious storage solutions (think built-in slots for Brompton bicycles). Some have terraces and on-street parking is available via RBKC permit.
