More major firms including Knight Frank & Savills drop out of MIPIM over coronavirus fears
Knight Frank, Savills, Grosvenor, Landsec, EY and others have all followed Cushman & Wakefield's lead, backing out of next month's MIPIM event over fears of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. [UPDATE, 29th February 2020: MIPIM has been postponed to 2nd-5th June 2020 "due to growing concerns related to the coronavirus"]
MIPIM postponed to June after coronavirus prompts exodus
Europe's biggest property networking event, MIPIM, has been pushed back from 10th March until the 2nd June.

Salone Del Mobile in Milan has been pushed back from April to June, while Cushman & Wakefield has backed out of attending MIPIM in Cannes next month.
Cleland steps up to helm Knight Frank’s country property business
David Peters is retiring after 23 years with the global property consultancy. He will be succeeded as Head of Country business by 25-year KF veteran James Cleland.
