Meriam Makiya is Head of Residential at Battersea Power Station Development Company. Previously she was Chief Commercial Officer at Riverstone, a retirement operator backed by Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, she was a Partner and Divisional Head of Prime Residential Development Sales at Knight Frank. She has over 20 years’ experience in the residential property market both in London and overseas. Meriam’s ambition and strategic leadership has successfully delivered the sales and marketing strategies for some of the world’s leading residential developments in prime central London. She is also a qualified financial advisor.
