Marsh & Parsons has recruited ex-Hamptons and Dexters man Marc Goldberg to run its PCL sales operation.
One of the best-known names on the agency scene, Goldberg will be in charge of nine prime central London offices for the LSL-owned firm, including flagship branches in Holland Park, Kensington and Notting Hill.
After nearly three decades at Hamptons (he started out as a sales neg in Hampstead), Goldberg took the industry by surprise in 2016 by announcing his departure from the Countrywide brand, where he’d risen to Head of Sales and Executive Director.
2018 brought what turned out to be a brief move to Jeff Doble’s Dexters, and he has spent the last couple of years providing consultancy services to developers and agents under the banner of Marc Goldberg Enterprises.
Established back in 1856, Marsh & Parsons was acquired by LSL in 2011, and currently has 31 offices across the capital, offering the full gamut of sales and lettings, property management, new homes, surveying and corporate & relocation services.
Goldberg, who has taken up his position with immediate effect, will be based out of the Marylebone branch, and overseeing the following offices: Chelsea, Earl’s Court, Holland Park, Kensington, Marylebone, Pimlico, North Kensington, Notting Hill and South Kensington.
