Major estate agency ‘could face a bill of as much as £30m’ after alleged tenancy rules breach

The Telegraph has reported that Purplebricks "could face a bill of as much as £30m after it put thousands of landlords at risk of being fined through a failure to follow basic tenancy law." The estate agency estimates its liability to be "in the range of £2m-9m".
