London’s £5mn-plus sales market slows as election looms

Top-end sector continues to slow from its post-pandemic record high, but remains significantly stronger than the pre-pandemic average, reports Savills

Things have been noticeably quieter in the prime postcodes over the summer, and the traditional autumn activity surge may not happen this year, warns LonRes.

Last month's activity was on the low side, even by July standards, and there are signs the £5mn-plus market is finally beginning to buckle.
