London property prices climbed by 3.6% in June – UK HPI
The latest official UK House Price Index tells us that the national average house price increased by 2.7% from May to June, taking the annual rate of property price inflation to 3.4%. A 3.6% monthly rise in London takes the annual change to +4.2%.
