Johnson & Jenrick plot planning reform u-turn

Influential think tank Policy Exchange has published a blueprint for the "urgent wholesale reform" of the planning system, calling for a "clean break" with the current regime.

Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has set out another raft of proposals designed "to bring Britain’s planning system into the 21st century."
