International corporate relo budgets on the up

International tenants account for 78% of renters in prime central London, and 56% across the wider capital, according to new research from Hamptons.

"The heady days of 5% annual growth look unlikely to be repeated for some time," says Knight Frank's Kate Everett-Allen, as the firm's Prime Global Rental Index hovers close to the zero mark.

There's been "a notable slowdown" in top-end rents around the world over the last quarter, says Knight Frank, as the agency's Prime Global Rental Index records its weakest annual growth rate since 2009.
