In Pictures: First One Tower Bridge penthouse unveiled

£3.6m apartment is on the 10th and 11th floors of Berkeley's flagship project

The covers have come off the first penthouse to be delivered at Berkeley’s flagship One Tower Bridge scheme.

Designed by Squire & Partners, the Thames-side project is creating 376 new units in all, with swanky amenities including a spa featuring a 20m swimming pool lined with Italian white gold Bisazza mosaic tiles, five-star Harrods Estates concierge, Virtual Golf, underground parking and a residents’ business lounge. The London Theatre Company and the Ivy Brasserie are also moving into what Berkeley is billing as a “new cultural destination for the Southbank”.

This £3.6m two-bed on the 10th and 11th floors of Tudor House is the first penthouse unit to be presented fully-dressed and ready to go, and the team have gone with a “classically understated British sensibility” for the interiors. The epic 1,266 square foot roof terrace – complete with covered dining area, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and views across Tower Bridge itself – is pretty much the same size as the apartment…
