Home-buyer demand is ‘tracking 14% ahead’ of early 2024 – Zoopla

As the market outlook brightens, property portal Zoopla has opened its data banks to highlight some of the key user trends & buyer behaviours of the past 12 months.

GetAgent expects the property market to continue to run hot for the next few months, before a 'momentary correction' in Q2.
