Reports of particularly slim pickings in the prime country house market have been filtering in of late.

Prime country house prices increased by 0.9% between January and March, says Knight Frank, taking the rate of annual price growth down from December's +3.4% to a more modest +2.

There's more good signs coming out of the prime country market, with Q3 delivering the fastest pace of price growth in over three years according to Knight Frank.
