West London boutique estate agency Haus Properties has launched a new office on the Fulham Road, building on its remaining branches on Wandsworth Bridge Road and Munster Road.
The firm was founded by Apprentice-star-turned-estate-agent Jamie Lester five years ago; he stepped away at the end of last year, after the agency halved its size in the Summer, closing two of its four branches.
Amin Omidi, co-founder and head of the agency, is now on-site at 348 Fulham Road to offer “a full spectrum of tailored services, including sales, lettings and land & news homes consultancy, as well as an end-to-end acquisition and interior design service where required”.
Radius Design Studio has created the open-plan interior space, with a view to create a “welcoming environment” for buyers and vendors.
Amin Omidi, Head of Haus Properties: “Following increased demand, the time is right to expand our reach into Chelsea, building upon our strong track record across Fulham. Chelsea is one of the capital’s most coveted locations with a lifestyle offering that is second to none, with iconic attractive streets, fine dining, shopping, schools, excellent transport links and some of the capital’s finest properties. We look forward to delivering the same exceptional levels of service that we have become known for, while also positively impacting the community through a programme of local initiatives.”
