Hadley brings in Cluttons to market Chelsea Island to Middle Eastern buyers

Agency to target UK and Middle Eastern buyers

Cluttons has won the sales gig for Hadley Property Group’s 89-unit Chelsea Island scheme, with a remit to target UK and Middle Eastern buyers.

The Arney Fender Katsalidis-designed development near Chelsea Harbour Pier marks the final chapter in the 30-year regeneration of Chelsea Harbour, and is due to be complete Q3 2018.

Chelsea Island offers 89 residential apartments (one-, two- and three-beds) starting from £950,000, with three penthouses. Interiors are by Argent Design, with lighting by Xavio Design. Hadley’s put the scheme around a central plaza with appropriate high-end retail spaces, and apartments come with all the accoutrements you’d expect from a development in a high-end London riverside location. There’s a 24-hour concierge, gym, “scented lobby”, and a rather special sixth-floor residents’ garden (pictured below). The developer acquired the 1.16 acre site in 2014 with full planning permission, and launched the first phase back in May.
