Foxtons posts ‘best first half results since 2016’ as sales revenue rockets
Foxtons Group revenue climbed to £66.9m in the first six months of this year, 66% up against 2020 and 29% up against 2019. Sales revenue has surged by 86% compared to 2019's level.
Savills posts record results as residential sales revenue doubles
Like other property PLCs, Savills' profits have surged this year. The firm's UK Residential Transaction Advisory business posted record revenue in H1, nearly doubling (+97%) compared to last year.
