Fortunes reverse for upper and lower ends of Prime London’s sales market

London’s top-end housing market is continuing its strong run, says Savills, with more £5m+ sales going through so far this year than in any full year since 2015.

London now accounts for 40.5% of all seven-figure transactions in the UK, down from 47% before the pandemic.
