Final Connells-Countrywide takeover vote slated for 15th Feb
Countrywide will hold a Special AGM next month to vote on the proposed Connells takeover. If approved, Countrywide will de-list from the London Stock Exchange on 17th February, and the takeover is likely to complete by the end of March.
