England & Wales prices still falling, but signs of recovery emerge

Acadata reports annual growth still negative at -1.3%, but more signs of a stabilising market are emerging.

Q1 was the strongest period for more than two years, says research firm, although average prices remain nearly 5% below the previous peak in late 2022.
