A period building just round the corner from Holborn tube station that’s being developed into 13 apartments is being offered up as an investment opportunity for £18m

Halsey House, developed by 13-17 Red Lion Square LLP (a JV between The Zamek Group and Rosemax Investments), is due to deliver 10,107 square feet of resi space, giving a PSF value of c.£1,780. Selling agents CBRE and Estate Office reckon that it should generate an annual rental income of around £540,000.

Designs by HWO Architects arrange the 13 apartments as two studios and 11 two-beds, ranging from a 463 square foot studio in the basement, up to three more respectable 990 square foot two-beds.

It looks like a decent-spec fit-out, with hardwood floors, passenger lift to all floors, all the right brand name appliances etc etc.
