Countrywide signs three-year deal with ZPG

The UK’s biggest property services group agrees to list all properties with Zoopla for another three years

Property services behemoth Countrywide Plc – which operates almost 1,000 estate agency and lettings branches across the UK – has signed a new listing agreement with ZPG Plc, owner of property portals Zoopla and PrimeLocation.

Countrywide’s agency brands will advertise all property listings on the ZPG platform for another three years from the start of 2018.
