On 1 June 2018, in an article entitled “Planning battle brews on North London’s Billionaires’ Row”, and on 4 June 2018, in an article titled “How a proposed development on Billionaires’ Row shines a light on the failings of the planning system”, we reported that 54 Bishops Avenue had been acquired by DOMVS for redevelopment. It has been brought to our attention that that comment was incorrect. We are happy to amend the record to state that the 54 Bishops Avenue was on the date of each the articles and remains owned by 54 Bishops Avenue Limited, that DOMVS (and its shareholders) have at no stage held any equity stake in 54 Bishops Avenue Limited and that DOMVS has not been engaged as developer of 54 Bishops Avenue.
