Complaints about estate agents fall, despite rising transactions

1,872 complaint enquiries were received by the Property Redress Scheme last year, a 2.4% drop compared to 1,828 in 2020. 609 complaints were accepted by the PRS, down 4.7% from 639 in 2020.
