Super-prime specialist Clivedale London has engaged the services of global communications agency PRCO as it gears up to deliver the first development projects from its £1.1bn pipeline.
PRCO, which counts 100-plus staff across six offices worldwide, will be handling all PR for the Mayfair-based firm, the UK real estate arm of Indian giant Indiabulls.
Set up in 2012, Clivedale has since been lining up a series of top-end projects across PCL, including Mayfair Park Residences on Stanhope Gate, Hanover Bond on Hanover Square, a commercial scheme at 73 Brook Street, and The Mansion in Marylebone, which is due to top out early next month and reach the finishing stages by Q2 2018.
PRCO will have some nice hooks to work with, including the tie-up with Dorchester Collection at Mayfair Park Residences – the first between a resi developer and the famous hotel group – which promises residents “world-renowned service from the comfort of their own home” when it completes in 2019.
Away from bricks and mortar, there’s been a collaboration with Feadship’s Royal Van Lent (part of LVMH), which spawned the award winning Motor Yacht Joy, a 70-metre vessel for the charter market, and the firm also maintains a 40% controlling stake in Oaknorth, an entrepreneur-focused bank with a current loan book of £700m.
Designed by PLP Architecture with interiors by Studio Indigo, the 22,000 square foot 73 Brook Street project will be the first of the development schemes to complete. The plan is to “set a new benchmark for commercial buildings in Mayfair”, and the lobby features a bespoke 25-metre chandelier by Haberdashery. Most of the building will serve as Clivedale’s HQ, but two floors are being made available to lease. An official launch is due in October.
PRCO’s sizeable client roster spans the global luxury sector and includes Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ten Trinity Square, 432 Park Avenue, Six Senses and Versace.
