Chelsea market recovers after ‘biggest price adjustment in London’

"House prices have risen significantly faster since the start of the pandemic than we had expected, says the Office of Budget Responsibility.

London now accounts for 40.5% of all seven-figure transactions in the UK, down from 47% before the pandemic.
