Central London rents likely to recover to pre-pandemic levels within a year – Hamptons
Average rents in central London have fallen by 16.5% in the last year, but "it appears that late spring marked the bottom of the Inner London market," says Hamptons, as its latest rental index confirms reports from Knight Frank and Savills.

Average rents have increased by 7.4% in the last year
But the total amount of rent paid by tenants across Great Britain has fallen 8% since 2018, says Hamptons.
