A contemporary extension to a Georgian farmhouse in Gloucestershire has been named RIBA's House of the Year for 2021.

RIBA's annual business benchmarking report tells of an "impressive" increase in residential design activity, while all other sectors have slumped.

A 30-strong panel of industry experts is being assembled to "ensure quality buildings and public spaces that benefit Londoners are at the heart of the capital’s recovery from the pandemic."
