Buyer snaps up £13m stunner on Chelsea Square

27-foot-wide freehold on one of London's biggest - and best - garden squares

£10m+ deals have been something of a rarity so far this year, but a 27-foot-wide house on one of London’s biggest garden squares has just been tucked away on guide of £13.2m.

The lovely low-build on Chelsea Square – nestled between the Kings Road and Fulham Road – currently weighs in at 4,500 square feet, but was sold with some plans sketched out for a sizeable subterranean extension.

Along with keys to all the communal green space, the six-bed also came with a decent rear garden with access from all the ground floor rooms, plus off-street parking.

Venerable local agency John D Wood did the deal.
