Britain’s total rental income has more than doubled in the last ten years

Activity may have plunged as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown, but lettings activity is on the rise and pent-up buyer demand is building, reports the agency.

“The see-saw of high supply and low demand is tipping back the other way,” says Knight Frank. “Demand is coming from multiple sources and rental values are getting stronger as a result.”
