Boris unveils London Rental Standard

The prime London rental market has not escaped the uncertainty which has gripped the UK economy and housing market in recent months, says LonRes in its comprehensive review of the last three months.

Nearly half of London's population now rents, compared to a national average of 30%, according to a Cluttons-commissioned report by Reading University's Professor Michael Ball.

JLL's latest heatmaps reveal the capital's residential postcode performers
