Final call for teams to take part in the property sector’s flagship annual football tournament, the CPR Cup.

Some of London’s best-known agents and brokers are preparing to swap viewings for five-a-side as the property industry’s annual charity football tournament returns next month.

Organisers of the CPR Cup have issued a final call for entries to this year’s competition, which takes place on Friday 19th June at Powerleague Nine Elms.

Teams already signed up include DDRE, Harding Green, Knight Frank, JLL, Foxtons, eXp, Beauchamp Estates and Chestertons, with a limited number of places still available.

In a bid to encourage wider participation amid tougher market conditions, the team donation has been reduced to £1,000 – the lowest entry contribution in several years – with 100% of proceeds going to disability assistance charity Canine Partners.

The annual tournament has raised more than £58,000 for the charity to date.

There is a maximum squad size of eight players, while organisers and sponsors CC Land and Forsters will also be providing a BBQ, beers and soft drinks throughout the day.

Barry Collins, Founder & CEO: “The CPR Cup 2026 will take place on Friday 19th June and, every year, it proves to be an incredible day, hugely competitive, great fun, and most importantly, an opportunity for the property industry to come together and raise meaningful funds for a truly important cause. Savills have won it twice before, Foxtons three time, who will it be this year…

“However, this year has been more challenging. Many of our regular teams have not yet signed up, we completely understand that market conditions are difficult for many businesses right now. In response, we’ve reduced the team donation to just £1,000, the lowest entry contribution we’ve had in many years, in the hope that it encourages companies to reconsider and get involved.

“The reality is that charities like Canine Partners need support now more than ever. Every pound raised makes a real difference, and importantly, 100% of the team donation goes directly to the charity.

“We would love to welcome more companies from across the UK property sector to take part. If you’re able to support, by entering a team or donating, it would be hugely appreciated.

“Together, our industry can still make a real difference.”
