Smart home technology is a must-have for any prime resi scheme, but how can developers maximise yields with the right level of investment to meet agent and buyer expectations?
How do you create a practical and affordable technology spec? Where do you find the right contractor for your project? And, what trends are likely to have an impact on schemes of the future?
We are teaming up with The Integrated Home podcast for an exclusive live recording of the show to answer these and many other questions in front of an invited audience of PrimeResi members.
Join our expert panel including Alex Isaac of EcoWorld, Jonathan Cooper of The Next Level, Nick Fichte of Crestron, and Harri Williams-Jones of Savills, on the 22nd May at the Dolby Screening Room on Soho Square for what promises to be a fascinating discussion.
There will also be the chance to experience state-of-the-art immersive Dolby Atmos audio and imaging for home cinema during the evening.
A strictly limited number of complimentary places are available to PrimeResi members on a first-come, first-served basis.
