William Clutton

William joined Iceni Projects in June 2021 and has nearly five years’ experience in the Planning sector. After a stint as a full-time bass guitar player, he began his planning career in 2016 at WSP, working on a number of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects including HS2 and Heathrow’s Third Runway. In November 2018, he moved to Be First (London Borough of Barking and Dagenham). Here, he moved between departments, obtaining a broad range of experience in the fields of both development management and planning policy making, in a London Borough undergoing significant development and regeneration. Since joining Iceni, he has worked on a number of projects for clients including British Land and Greystar.
