
Stuart Baillie is Partner and Head of Town Planning at Knight Frank. He is based in London but operates nationally. Stuart has more that 20 years' experience in planning, development and regeneration. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Stuart spent 11 years at GL Hearn Consultants where he was Head of Planning. He has also worked for WSP Group, London Borough of Newham and the Government Office for London. Stuart works on a wide range of major development projects including urban extensions, Council estate regenerations and major mixed use projects including tall buildings across London.
